The project questions the possibility of a domestic territory in dialogue with the new notion of several individuals living together. New approaches to student housing have been analyzed within the framework of the Patio typology, which shows a gradation of different degrees of intimacy.

The project's programming is presented in plan and cross-section, from the most shared space at the entrance to the highest degree of privacy around the patio. The collage shows a single room in the collective. Two central fountains bring people together in a shared space and in nature.
